Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Oathblades website, wiki, Mini Game arena, and related online services (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Oathblades, a product of EK-Games. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Oathblades includes marketing pages for the full game, a browser Mini Game, community wiki content, and optional user accounts. Features may change, pause, or end as we develop the product. Steam wishlist and store pages are operated by Valve; your use of Steam is subject to Steam's own terms.
2. Cost
This website and the browser Mini Game are free to use. We do not charge for an account and there is nothing to buy here. Any purchase of the full game is made through Steam and is a transaction with Valve, not with us.
3. Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service or create an account. If the minimum age for consenting to online services in your country is higher than 13, that higher age applies to you. We may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone below the minimum age.
4. Accounts and passwords
You must be legally able to enter these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. Guest or anonymous play remains subject to these Terms and our moderation rules.
You can close your account at any time from your account page. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, display name and leaderboard standing; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what remains.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit, automate, or disrupt the Mini Game or site.
- Do not harass others, post illegal content, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not scrape or overload the Service beyond ordinary interactive use.
- Display names and user content must follow our moderation standards; we may remove content or restrict accounts that violate them.
6. User content and wiki
If you contribute wiki or other user content, where permitted by your role, you grant EK-Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and adapt that content for operating Oathblades. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it. Staff may edit or remove contributions.
7. Intellectual property
Oathblades names, logos, art, code, audio, and lore are owned by EK-Games or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative commercial works from the Service except as expressly allowed — for example ordinary personal use of the browser Mini Game, or sharing links to public pages.
8. Contact form
Messages sent via the contact form must be truthful and lawful. We may ignore or block spam, abusive mail, or automated submissions.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The full Steam game may differ from website descriptions or the Mini Game.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EK-Games and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, if any, or (b) fifty US dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, for abuse, or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EK-Games' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your own country apply to you. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
