OATHBLADES

OATHBLADES

Vows forged in steel. Duels decided in three rounds.

A turn-based arena of range, blocks, and broken promises — coming to Steam.

Gameplay

Choose a blade-bearer, lock five cards each round, and outplay your rival before the oath burns out. Range matters: short, medium, and long strikes clash with blocks in a rhythm of reads and counters. Matches are built for sharp decisions — not grind.

Lock five cards

Each round you commit a hand of short, medium, long, and block. Timing and range decide who keeps their vow.

Three rounds

Matches are short and decisive. Outplay your rival before the oath burns out — no endless war, only steel.

Become an Ender

Climb the tournament path. Every duel is a public vow — victories echo across the courts.

Characters & Clans

Rivals hail from the courts of ash, tide, iron, and stormglass. Each clan carries its own banners, grudges, and idea of what an oath is worth.

Ashwarden

Clan of the Cinder Court

Ashwarden

Bound by an oath of cinders, Ashwarden fighters favour the patient cut. They stretch a rival thin across the long range, then strike when the forge-heat of the arena favours smoldering steel. Their courts believe a vow kept late is still a vow — if the blade arrives with purpose.

Tidebinder

Clan of the Drowned Courts

Tidebinder

Sworn to currents and cutting foam, Tidebinder thrives in the middle distance — neither overcommitted nor withdrawn. Their banners rise from drowned halls where oaths are sealed in salt. In the tournament they turn the flow of a duel the way a tide turns a harbour: quiet, then absolute.

Ironvow

Clan of the Iron Marches

Ironvow

Ironvow closes the gap and ends arguments quickly. When the oath is short, the steel must be certain. Their marches produce duelists who treat broken promises as public shame — and a crushing advance as the only apology worth giving.

Stormglass

Clan of the Sky-Forge

Stormglass

Stormglass keepers temper vows in lightning-lit forges above the cloudline. Their chronicle is younger than ash and iron, but no softer: every Ender who rises under a stormglass banner is expected to hold the sky-law — that a promise spoken in clear weather must still stand when the gale comes.
